Appointment strengthens Scybers’ glonal growth strategy with deep expertise across cybersecurity, financial services, enterprise technology, governance and AI-led transformation
CHENNAI, India, September 8, 2026: Scybers, an pure-play specialized cybersecurity company helping enterprises modernize security end to end including operations and strengthen cyber resilience, today announced the appointment of Muralidharan Ramachandran to its Advisory Board.
Muralidharan brings more than 37 years of leadership experience across technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation, governance and business strategy. His career spans senior roles at organizations including Tata Consultancy Services, Satyam Computer Services, Aditya Birla Group, Syntel and Atos.
He previously served as Managing Director and CEO of Atos India, where he was responsible for business strategy, growth and P&L. Before this, he spent more than eight years as CIO of Syntel and held leadership roles spanning cybersecurity, information technology, quality, infrastructure services and digital transformation.
Today, Muralidharan is the Lead Independent Director of Angel One Limited and chairs its Cyber Security and Information Technology Committee, Risk Management Committee and ESG Committee. He also serves as an Independent Director at Bandhan Life Insurance and is Founder and Strategic Advisor at MR Advisory, where he advises boards, CXOs and founders on technology transformation, AI, cybersecurity, governance and risk.
His appointment comes as Scybers expands its presence globally and invests in building next-generation agentic defence capabilities for enterprises, particularly across financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, technology and other highly regulated sectors.

Muralidharan's experience is closely aligned with this direction. In addition to leading enterprise technology and cybersecurity functions, he has built technology services businesses, managed large teams, overseen digital transformation programs and advised organizations on governance, risk and emerging technologies.
